Use a content project when several deliverables should share the same product facts and review standards.
Prepare the inputs
Gather the approved source article or product brief, the audience, target channels, and a short style checklist. Mark which source is authoritative when older drafts disagree.
Start the project
- Under PROJECTS, choose New.
- In the goal question, select Marketing or content campaign, or describe your own outcome.
- Choose an appropriate starting team in the staffing question.
- Review the proposed setup before continuing.
Use Your first project for the current setup walkthrough. Do not confuse an example role recommendation with a required built-in template.
Request a bounded package
Use the approved article below to prepare one newsletter draft, three LinkedIn post drafts, and an image brief for [audience]. Preserve the source facts, adapt the structure to each channel, and list anything that needs additional evidence. Keep the package as drafts for review.
Give a length or format requirement for each output if it matters. Ask for one representative draft first when establishing a new style.
Review the package
- Compare product claims against the approved source.
- Check that each opening suits the channel and reader.
- Open every external link.
- Remove confidential or unapproved material.
- Check that image briefs do not imply unsupported product features.
Return focused revisions, such as “Keep the evidence but replace the opening with the customer’s question.”
Separate publication from drafting
Review the final text, account, destination, and timing before asking for publication. Use LinkedIn for the current connection boundary. A prepared package is complete as a draft even when no posting connection is available.
Reuse the process
Keep the accepted source brief, output formats, and review checklist together. Recheck the facts for each new campaign instead of assuming a previously approved claim is still current.
