A result is easier to reuse when you can find the actual file or document. Use the project’s resource explorer rather than relying only on a completion message.
Find a deliverable
- Open the project’s Data tab.
- Select Project files or All resources.
- Search for the title or filter by resource type.
- Open the result and check its contents.
For recent agent work, Recent artifacts in the conversation offers another route to the output. Confirm you have opened the intended version before sharing or editing it.
Use folders
The explorer includes New folder and a FOLDERS section. Use descriptive names based on the work, such as Sources, Drafts, or Approved deliverables.
The current source exposes Move in a resource row’s menu. Select the destination carefully and verify the item appears there afterward. Moving an item for organization should not be confused with changing its sharing permissions.
Remove a project resource carefully
The current source provides Remove from project in the row menu. Its behavior is to remove the project association while preserving linked documents, sheets, and knowledge in the space. Removing a folder moves its children to the project root.
These removal semantics are source-backed and were not exercised in the live demo. Read the current confirmation text before acting. Do not describe removing a project link as permanently deleting the underlying content.
Check an output before handoff
- Open the deliverable itself.
- Check its title and content against the task.
- Identify whether you are sharing the original, an exported copy, or a draft.
- Confirm that the recipient can access it.
For document formats and versions, see Documents. For a structured tracker, see Sheets.
If a link no longer opens
Look for the resource in Data and confirm the selected project and account. Record the exact error if access is denied. Avoid recreating or deleting content until you understand whether the problem is a missing project link, an access restriction, or a missing underlying resource.
