Plans and usage

Read allowances and understand controls that may use paid balance.

Tested in part Evidence & limitations

Allowance popup observed; settings and spending-control semantics source-backed; transactions untested. This guide is a review draft; check access and saved results in your current workspace.

On this page

Use the current allowance and billing information in your account to decide what work to run. Prices, included limits, available models, and reset times can change; consult Clero pricing and the product’s current display.

Inspect your allowance

The demo’s plan control opened a usage popup showing a balance field plus 5-hour and Weekly allowance indicators. Treat these as separate windows. Do not infer a daily reset or an exact task budget from one remaining-percentage value.

The current source also exposes subscription and usage details under Settings → Profile, including status, period information, Refresh, and Plan details.

Refresh before diagnosing a limit

  1. Open the relevant usage view.
  2. Read the active plan, status, and reset information.
  3. Use Refresh when available.
  4. Recheck the specific limit or funding message.

A paused, unpaid, incomplete, or expired subscription state calls for a different next step from an exhausted usage window. Record the displayed status rather than guessing the cause.

Background automation usage

The source-backed profile view separates weekly background allowance from Cron starts today, Active cron jobs, and Concurrent runs. Schedules and triggers can use a shared weekly allowance, while some limits apply specifically to scheduled cron work.

Check the current explanatory text before adding frequent recurring work. More frequent checks can consume allowance without producing more useful results.

Continue on balance

The source includes Continue on balance for background automation. This authorizes eligible work to consume organization balance when included allowance is exhausted and funds are available.

Treat this as a spending choice. It is not a free speed or reliability setting. Review the funding account and intended scope before enabling it.

Manage a subscription

Where your permissions allow it, Manage Subscription opens a billing-management flow. Organization billing and personal subscription management have distinct access rules; an Admin role does not automatically grant every billing control.

Review the live price, recurrence, effective date, and cancellation terms before confirming a change. This guide does not give a fixed price table or claim that billing-portal changes were tested.

If the view cannot load or reports missing funding, use Troubleshooting and preserve the visible status.
